I used to be very into working out in high school but ive gpotten ot of touch and am looking to get back into. problem is, i have no idea how to do it (naturally) any more. ive got the basic stuff, but i need some help.

first off, im just over 6'1, and weigh about 195. my bench press max has dropped to just 225 which I got this afternoon. Military max 170. the problem im much more bulk then cut now. no real visible abs, while not having a belly either.

basically i need some help in developing a good plan to burn fat while build muscle. i understand ill have to take supplements, ect. buti just need some help in terms of planning i.e. what a good routine would be,what kind of diet I should use, ect. can anybody help me?

I thought this was gonna be "Calling all weight-lifters...I've got a paralyzed heifer trapped in the south bog and my car accidentally flipped over while we were tryin' to winch 'er out."

go over to www.bodybuilding.com, register a username for their forum, and look me and jag up... "boyscouT" and "jaguarr"

browse the Nutrition, Losing Fat, and "Over 35" sections.

take everything with a grain of salt, and do your own research to double check.
