Can it? I think mine has one.
Yes, but in order for this to happen someone has to program the virus to attack cellphones, this is very difficult. Cellphone viruses are theoretically possible, but I've never seen one or heard of it.
Did you drop, bang, smash, knock or bruise it? Is everything in the place it should be as far as you can tell?
Every once in a while, my phone screen will go all kind of fuzzy like the snowy channels on TV and just turn off. When I turn it back on, the words are scrambled. Then I turn it off and then back on, and everything is back to normal.
Means you know slightly less than a caveman.
If I were you I'd just take it back to your cellphone company's place. They can probably do a complete reset to get rid of any viruses or figure out what actually is going on.

Yes it is very much a possibility, especially now with most recent mobiles running full fledged operating systems on them. What do you have?
Anyways, here is a bit of info. The first virus was seen in 2004. And this article shows you that it is not such a rare thing.
Face it folks, the more our phones start acting like computers, the more common this occurrence will be. This is why Windows has so many more virus attacks than systems like Macs. Its not because one is safe or less safe than the other, but that Windows is more popular so people will write more viruses for Windows.
