Friend sent this to me and wants to know if I can decode this cypher.

Interesting. After googling everything Iv come across only one accurate description of what they may say. It is as following [BLACKOUT]GOT MILK???[/BLACKOUT]

anyone know what this means, someone has been drawing them in chalk on buildings in hollywood. Not like an ad campaign, like on the back doors to places and stuff.

Where did you happen to get this picture from?

I made it in the most glorious of programs, MS paint. It should be 21st on top not 27th.

[Edit: This is RE the OP]

Unless someone actually recognizes the symbols from something you're out of luck. It's only 12 characters and they're all different. The best you could do is guess combinations of two 3 letter words and one 6 letter one that doesn't repeat letters.

The first and last symbol are the same.

The sample size is too small to decipher. The only possible way to solve it would be to use a computer to try every possible letter combination and compare the results to a dictionary. Even then you would have to know the language that the original message is in. If someone knows of a program to do that let me know, I have a cryptogram laying around somewhere that I would like solved too. It was also given to me by a friend and I was never able to solve it. Come it think of it though, there are only so many three letter words in the English language and even fewer combinations without repeated letters. If everyone contributes to make up a complete word list, it might be possible to solve it. Assuming the answer is in English.

i don't think it's a traditional cypher. i have an idea that they are letters with parts of them moved around and altered. the triangle would be an A because you could shift a line to the bottom. the second cymbol i think is a O looking at the curved shapes on the sides they'd make an O. the line and dot is an i

613 without taking away ones with duplicate letters.

actually, it's an equal sided triangle. I know I'm striking out on the guide image here.

I dunno about the numbers, but the symbol looks like yhwh (pronounced "yahway") which means god.

isn't 777 significant like 666 and 3*7=21. also looks like the all seeing eye.

It's important in some kinds of mysticism/occultism, e.g: Golden Dawn
Also slot machines.

It's does look like the Eye of Providence, it looks like either an invented or real mystical symbol.

Sometimes given the title of "Jesus' number," as the numbers 3 and 7 were both "perfect numbers" under Hebrew tradition

more from wikipedia.

I cracked the code. It says "Eat At Joes."
