i am sorry if this is in the wrong section but i cannot find one that fits exactly. i found this picture on a site recently and i am very intruiged as to what it is and what it is from, i am assuming it's from a comic due to the art:

Looks to me like it's from a sci-fi RPG, like maybe RIFTS. That's my best guess.
