There was a clip from the new X Men movie in the middle of the credits?

I have no idea either, I thought it was very weird considering they were from two different studios and doesn't have anything to do with Spider-Man

Because Webb was supposed to direct a fox movie but wanted out to direct amazing spiderman 2 instead. The deal was that Webb will be let go out of his contract however Sony had to promote the new xmen movie
