What the hell happened to time displaced Gamora? If I recall, she wasn’t present at Stark’s funeral and she wasn’t on the ship with the other Gaurdians and Thor.

Nebula was with the team and the GOTG are basically her family now. Gamora likely left out maybe to find her place in the galaxy. Though depending on what Tony thought of as he snapped she may have died too. He could have wished all that came with Thanos dead, that would include Gamora and he never met Gamora.

I don't think Gamora was snapped, but there will be the time displaced Gamora in GOTG3.

Not unless Tony's snap was to dust Thanos and his army. Since Gamora defected and fought on the side of the Avengers then the gauntlet wouldn't recognize her as a member of his army.
