Can you name all the characters on this classic DC Cover?

Hey all. I'm working on a homage/parody project involving the cover to DC's Crisis on Infinite Earths #7 Does anyone know all the characters here, or know of somewhere they are listed? Most seem fairly obvious but I want to make sure no one's missing.

(Yes, this is an ad. I used this image because the background characters are all fully colored, as opposed to the actual printed comic that had everyone colored a weird shade of purple)

Keep in mind that these are only from memory so there might be a couple of errors because the pic size and the fragments of what can be seen makes it very hard to identify.

For the 1st set of question marks they're only legs/boots and I'm only sure of The Vigilante. I don't know if the solid black ones are supposed to be like that, a shadow or a silhouette; they could easily be Pariah's boots since he was pretty significant to the maxi-series. The golden boots with the shin guards (which were red in a bigger pic) I can't find in my head who they belong to.

The lady next to Batgirl and The Question could be Cameron Chase, Black Canary or Jonni Thunder (her, most likely).

Above and behind Dollman is Ben Grimm. , Kid Flash is behind Kamandi, between Cyborg and Solovar may be the Golden Age Wonder Woman.

LOL, I take it the Ben Grimm is a joke (that's Metamorpho's leg). To me the guy behind Kamandi looks like someone has gray temples, like Mr. Fantastic, and the only person that comes to mind besides GA Robin is Steve Dayton (Mento, Changeling's adoptive father) but it's weird he wouldn't be in costume. Thanks for making those metallic boots click, it's not GA WW but her daughter, Fury. Also, between Phantom Stranger and Dolphin is Zatanna.

Back in those days they were always inserting each others characters in large group scenes. Clark Kent would be seen in crowds in Marvel and Peter Parker would be in DC crowd scenes. You can see Bens blue shorts and the corner of the 4 on his belt buckle. And Kid Flash had the crazy shaped mask with the headband. Even if it is supposed to be Metamorpho, the resemblance to Ben is not accidental.

While I'm aware that there were some rare easter eggs like that this is not one of those cases. The leg is brown, the trunks have always been blue with the M belt buckle and then that half of the torso is orange but not rocky.
