Nilin may not remember much at the beginning of Remember Me, but it only takes a brief overview from her partner Edge to remember how to fight.

Looks great! I like how the combat is so similiar to the Arkham games, which I loved.

Remember Me comes so close to greatness that I’m genuinely sad it misses the mark.

Remember Me

Review

As a memory hunter capable of warping people's perceptions, what kind of memories will you take away from Neo-Paris? Check out our review of Remember Me.

GT's score 6.8

well it's playable not overly the best game there is. But it's playablly decent. Keep in mind though when they have the score out of ten those are good score's. It's when it's a 5 which mean mediocre and when it goes under that it's not worth buying or playing and it's what their saying in their reviews that more important.

Why does Capcom suck so bad? And really...why do all their games seem to have that cheesy, poorly done anime-style
dialogue?

The dialogue and voice acting is horrendous in this. The combat is stiff as well as the animations overall. In saying that, I didn't mind it. There's a huge potential here and lots of promise, the mechanics just get in the way some time. I hope it does decent enough for a sequel.

Are there Western writers on staff at Capcom? I mean, they're still a Japanese developer, aren't they?

I feel that cultural difference more often than not can explain how the dialogue can come off. Although, I'm hearing that apart from the main character (whose VO I hear is quite good) the rest of the cast does a bad job.

Those reviews don't give good word for Capcom
Suppose they will be posted for sale like EA was before it?

For some reason I thought Capcom had a western development team as well...maybe I'm probably wrong. I think you're right that they are a Japanese developer...which explains the lack of quality. :/

This time around they let these french guys that made the game do the writing so ... and I've seen plenty of anime's way better then this in writing.

Was hoping for the reviews to be a bit better. I don't think I'm getting this for a while anyway.

well the memory remix stuff work's which was the main basis of this game . it's just that the rest of the other elements of the game where it fails like story and certain names of thing's in the world that turned alot of people off and the combat not being all it can be there in the latter.

Konami is a Japanese company, it's one of the best in the business

They have a small amount of quality games.

anyway, I'm only saying that because of the many articles within the last year that talked about the decline of the Japanese game industry. Heck, even some big players in the Japanese gaming industry admit they could do a lot better.

I play their sport games, they're great. PES series is the best football game series
Bigger than a small amount

Admitting they can do better doesn't equal saying their products are bad
