Everyone loves a teenage heroine, and you don't get much more kickass than Chloe Grace Moretz.

Gorgon - Kevin Grievoux
Karnak - Will Yun Lee
Triton - Doug Jones

Our "quasi Warriors Three" are no strangers to prosthetics. They're also kinda awesome in their own right as action heroes and deserve to ground some characters who will be household names. They also have the chops to bring these characters down to earth and make them touchable, making the Inhumans more human than humans at times.

Maximus The Mad -

What's important here is that you're not casting a 'villain.' This is a Magneto-like figure, a well intentioned extremist gone crazy... or is he?

Great choices! But Vin Diesel is already playing a tree in the MCU.

Yes he is playing a Tree but just recently he tweeted that Marvel said they think that he is a Inhuman. Now that could've been a joke or that could've been a hint that he might be in the Inhumans movies. I remember reading before we found out Vin Diesel was going to be groot that there was talk that Vin Diesel might have 2 roles in the Marvel Universe.

But Paul Bettany is the Vision. And when you're lucky enough to chose between Bettany and Diesel, never go with Diesel!

At this point I assume MS wants Diesel for BB, so that leaves us with
Medusa (Dina Meyer - her career needs a well deserved resurrection),
Crystal (Carey Mulligan),
Gorgon (Jake Gyllenhall),
Karnak (John Leguziamo) and
Triton (Matt Zemlin)

It's funny, I was on this whole tirade against an actor playing two roles in the MCU, but Vin Diesel is the one person I would not at all mind because unless you read the credits, you never even knew he was there. Bradley Cooper on the other hand, his voice is clearly recognizable and distinct, I would only accept him for a non-speaking role in live action, and the only such role, Blackbolt, is taken by Vin.

Well that didn't take long for someone to mention Benedict Cumberbatch in a role. Now all we need are roles for Michael Fassbender and Idris Elba.

My main worry for Inhumans is that it turns into Thor redux, what with the "family drama in an alien society". So, looking at Maximus, the question is "How to not be Loki?"

My thought is, Maximus should be older, a peer in age and demeanor to Black Bolt and Medusa, and an elder to the rest of the royal family. He's the Evil, Insane Uncle. So why is he still around, and have any freedom to act? I'd go with "He may be evil and insane, but he still views himself as family." He is *usually* willing to use his power and intellect to help Attilan and the Royal Family. . . of course, his definition of "help" means that the rest of them are somewhat reluctant to accept.

I tried to qualify it by him very much looking like the character, fitting what the character is, and additionally with how busy his schedule is a role like that would much more likely than say Doctor Strange or something else that's gonna take 4-6 films.

Any other names I need to scratch of the list? I know from last week no Game of a Thrones actors for sure either. I'm now just learning that some people are off limits.

It hurt greatly though....because it'll really throws a wrench in my Phase 4 plans of nothing but Midnight Sons films with Cumbby as Strange, Elbster as Blade, and MFass as Ghost Rider. And of course they are won't stop there...In other phases Elba is playing Dormammu. MFass is playing Mephisto and Mordo, and C-Batch is voicing Cosmo, as well as playing Reed Richards and a gender bent Dazzler because Marvel haz to buy the rights back!

I think the easiest way to do this is to not emphasize Maximus as a villain until sequels. Use Maelstrom for movie #1.

All of these casting suggestions are pointless because marvel will throw in an actor right out of left field. I gave up trying to cast who's right for the role.

Also the Inhumans are characters that aren't iconic. I'd be happy with with who ever marvel goes with.

I'm going to bet money Marvel gets a black actor to play Gorgon. I've noticed that Marvel and DC are both trying desperately to give as many roles to black actors as possible and with Gorgon they have the perfect opportunity.

I always wanted Benicio del Toro to play Black Bolt because he was in a movie called Way of the Gun, he almost never spoke but you could almost read his thoughts. BUt he's The Collector, so I was thinking of other people who act like that, combination of subtle and not so subtle facial expressions that allow you to practically read their mind.
