Since we all have a Cast The Avengers thread, who would you cast for the roles of The Masters of Evil?

I don't know who to cast, but I think it'd be great if each Avenger member's arch enemy would be in the Masters of Evil.

So the Movie line-up of the Masters of evil would consist out of Abomination, Mandarin, Zemo, Loki and whoever else there is.
