The Avengers Expansion

By now I am pretty sure we all saw the Avengers trailer during the Super Bowl. We know the main Cast of Cap, Iron Man, Thor, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Nick Fury and The Hulk. Now my question is (and this is just for a fun thought) When the Team Expands and it will. Who will be first?

I mean will it go the way of Ant Man and Wasp and explore the relationship between the two. Along with Pym's dislike for Dr Banner?

Could we see Ms. Marvel. And a fight for the Leadership role of the Team with her and he maybe working for S.H.I.E.L.D

Could it be Black Panther and the incorporation of his Kingdom?


And on the other side of the Coin. Who would be the villain?

Could it be someone else from Thor's realm? Like the Enchantress?

Or if they bring in Panther. Could they work in someone like Ulysses Klaw?

Or could it be a all out Superhero brawl with a Team like the Wrecking Crew or The Masters of Evil?

I would like to think they'll wind up going in the Ant-Man direction, but they've avoided him for so long that it's hard to say.
Also, it's quite possible that they'll either build up into the Skrulls or revive Red Skull/HYDRA for an expansion villain. Those two seem to be pretty heavy-hitters that I think are up Marvel/Disney's alley as far as special effects and character-building.

Perosnally, I'd perfer Ms. Marvel and Black Panther to be the next to join the team.

Ant-Man is tied up in Wright's story which is outside of the MCU.

I was going to bet on Ant-Man, but I'm not up to date on Ant-Man news. He's tied up in another story? Another company owns live-action rights?

I would say Ant-Man, Black Panther these could be the new movies before TA2. Not saying the only new heroes. We could get a Dr. Strange movie, would he be an Avenger? Also Thor 2, CAP2, Ant-Man, IM3 could introduce new characters like Widow and Hawkeye. I guess we would get Wasp, Vision, Ms. Marvel and Namor. Introduce a villain like Ultron with the new movies.

Ant-Man still has Edgar Wright attached to direct and I believe there is still a script. But there just wasn't enough time to hammer out a decent movie before the big team up in May. I think a simple Ant-Man/Wasp movie after the avengers to round out the team would be good.

Everyone who is anyone is an Avenger in the comics. Although I'm a huge fan, I find it too watered down. I would love to keep the main Avengers as THE avengers in the movie universe and if there are other characters in the films involved indirectly with the team so be it. But I don't think there has to be 30 members by the time Avengers 3 comes out. If they want to tie in live action tv series' (like the hulk) to the movie universe to keep the flow going that would be cool as well.

As far as a villian, I would love to see them delve into Ultron a little bit with Ant-Man. They could set him up to be a possible big bad in a future avengers film. You could get Serkis to Motion-Capture Ultron.
