This MJ is the charismatic , party girl , of the comics , from the wrong side of the tracks, who becomes Peter's love interest in the second film after Gwen dies.
Green Goblin / Norman Osborn : Christopher Walken
In this version , his costume mirrors his comics as opposed to the armored suit of the film
Doctor Octopus / Otto Octavius : Bob Gunton
This version of Doc Ock is closer to the comics in being one of Spiderman's deadliest foes who doesn't help him in the end
Sandman / Flint Marko : Russell Crowe
This version of Sandman / Flint Marko is a thug who thinks of himself as a God once he receives his powers.
While he doesn't kill Ben in this version , he still works with the man who did and has zero remorse for the killing.
Venom / Eddie Brock : Jake Busey
This version of Brock is much closer to the original comics, and his version of Venom is like the 90s Spiderman Animated Series.
Venom is much more frightening and sadistic than the film version, and terrorizes MJ and meets Aunt May as in the comics
Green Goblin / Harry Osborn : Shawn Hatosy
In this version Harry becomes the 2nd Green Goblin, as opposed to " The New Goblin".
Gwen Stacy : Tara Reid
This version of Gwen Stacy is much closer to the Emma Stone version of the character .
She's Peter's first love interest but is killed by the Green Goblin in the climax of the first film .
Aunt May : Maggie Smith
Uncle Ben : James Garner
J. Jonah Jameson : Tommy Lee Jones
Curt Connors : David Strathairn
Captain Stacy : Ed Harris
Has a bigger role than in the Raimi films , and is killed by Doc Ock in the second film , reflecting the comics.
