You know who else would be good? John Turturro. Something like the half-crazed Agent Simmons from 'Transformers' might just be a good fit. He's from Brooklyn, Maron's from Jersey. Either'd work.

It's going on 11 years since J.K. last played Jameson on screen, you guys. I miss him too, but they gotta bite the bullet and get JJ in the MCU sooner or later.

I still like Gerald Butler as Kraven. I really want a Kraven on screen. We've gotten a lot of others, but still waiting for Kraven. Carnage is going to be in Venom. We just had an awesome Vulture. Really want Kraven.

Gerard is my go-to for Kraven as well. Kraven, as we all know, is a big giant ham.

It's a completely out-there idea, but how about Tom Hanks for Norman Osborn? Now, I doubt he'd even take the role, but he's certainly got the versatility for it - and, most importantly, he's got that All-American homespun charm that Norman uses to conceal his true callousness. It would be such a treat to see such a beloved actor playing this conniving sociopath, especially if we don't even see his bad side in the movie.

Hell, Marc Maron for a more grounded and "real"-feeling J.J. Jameson is actually an amazing idea.

He'd pull off the ranting/raving stuff perfectly in a less-cartoony way than Simmons, and he'd work well for making a more three-dimensional character of the guy.

In the tradition of grabbing a previous Batman actor to play a Spider-Man villain, Christian Bale would make a phenomenal Norman Osborn. Oh man, just look at his Patrick Bateman. How he could turn from suave businessman, to psychotic monster, in the blink of an eye. Highly unlikely he would return to the genre (as another character) though but just a fun bit of fantasy casting.
