Just for fun, who would you cast in a biopic about a real life person?

I could see Patricia Heaton as Hillary Clinton (odd casting I know).

Jim Caviezel - Jesus!!!

Or on another note....

Martin Sheen or Dennis Quaid... Donald Trump.

Michael Hogan (Tight from BSG) absolutely should have been the one to play John McCain in HBO's Election 08 movie.

Steve Coogan

Viola Davis as Oprah Winfrey

Will Smith as Barack Obama

Kimberly Elise as Michelle Obama

Barry Pepper as White House Press Secretary Jay Carney

Ian McKellen as Ron Paul (based on looks only)

Matt Damon as John F. Kennedy or Bill Clinton (I think he could pull off either role.)

Tommy Lee Jones as Lyndon Johnson

He really does look like him. Just let him grow some more hair and he'd be virtually identical.

Harry Lennix would be perfect as Obama, and I think Ryan Gosling would make for a good Jim Henson.Oh and Tilda Swinton must play Conan O Brien.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan should play Javier Bardem, and Javier Bardem should play Jeffrey Dean Morgan, in a biographical movie about the time when the two actors worked together on a movie where they had to play each other.

Terence Malick would direct it, and at least 20 people would die of brain aneurysms watching it.

Lindsay Lohan as current day Carol Channing :o

I'm sorry.....

That was mean to Carol Channing. :csad:

Maybe Lohan as current Zsa Zsa Gabor is more accurate.

Viola Davis as Oprah Winfrey
That's a good choice! I bet if she wants that role she could get it. I always thought of Queen Latifah as Oprah but I like that.

Kevin Smith as Michael Moore would be interesting.

Always thought Eddie Vedder and Russel Crowe looked similar nowadays. The could play each other.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Heath Ledger :o

That's actually an eerie resemblence. And it's a biopic that I can actually see someone making too.

Eddie Izzard could play Keith Richards, not for the looks necessarily, but the attitude.

Julianne Moore is a proven dramatic actress. Tina Fey, as much as I love her, would kill whatever cred this movie has by turning it into one long SNL sketch, at least in the eyes of most viewers.

How 'bout a biopic of the RHCP, starring Will Ferrell as Chad Smith, Wayne Rooney as Flea, Iggy Pop as Anthony Kiedis, and Jesus Christ as John Frusciante:

That's awesome. The whole time I've watched Game of Thrones and I've been thinking, "Who does that guy remind me of?" And now I know, so thank you. That was driving me nuts.

Interesting. But it feels like something Charlie Kaufman would wright. Which reminds me, Samantha Morton could play Emily Watson.

I'm suprised January Jones hasn't been approaced to play Grace Kelly yet. It would be a rather interesting story.
