It was a dumb idea , just like the flying broomstick instead of a glider . If their following the origin to the letter then why don't they have the gobby on a broomstick .:oldrazz:
Well...they corrected it in his second appearance with the glider so I hope they don't go that route. They released his design so we know he has a glider.

He's not in tihs show though. He's already showing some signs of going his own way and taking care of Spider-Man himself.

Ok Once The Enforcers got their ass kicked by Spidey . Montana should've just left . He just doesn't suit the role of The Shocker . He's a jackass southern cowboy not a high-tec supervillain .

I wouldn't be surprised if the next time Shocker shows up or maybe in the future it may be Herman. Or maybe Herman could have designed the equipment before they stole it in the first place. They do have the suit in their custody.
I like the idea

I disagree, almost every Villian wants revenge on Spidey. Montana is glad that he was forced to get revenge on Spidey, but in a more powerful way and I'm lovnig it.

I can't wait for this episode! I really want to see GG. :gg:

Norman Osborn wanting control of the mob from the Big Man makes sense. Hammerhead and Big Man are now threatening to blackmail him if he doesn't continue to create supervillains for them when they say so.

It's about power. He's Norman Osborn, no one tells him what to do.

It makes sense.

and Norman is weary that if he continues making supervillains at such a rapid pace, it'll eventually lead back to him (of course, Big Man and Hammerhead couldn't care less). Norman has to take over or else he's screwed. It's not so much taking over the mob, but taking Big Man out of it.

Pity IMO that Norman will become the GG in one episode like all the other villains so far. His story deserves more. Yes, they have hinted (mainly in the last episode) that Norman's hand will be forced by the Big Man, since Norman is playing both sides, but still.

I would of loved to have seen more foreshadowing of the Green Goblin's ascent in past episodes. Norman working late at the lab. Norman losing it, both at work, and slipping with Harry more.

The Heart OSBORN... THE HEART.

Pity it is lacking there (heart)... cartoon or not.

Very true, Norman Osborn is basically selfish and he's mean. He even sad in the first episode "don''t you dare apologize Doctor. I never do."

Basically, but you combined to different conversation. He says this at OsCorp:

"Don't you dare apologize, doctor. OsCorp has nothing to apologize for."

Later, he says this at home:

"Don't you dare apologize, son. I never do."

Exactly. Norman has been shown to be cold and viscious thus far in this series. I like it. From being hard on Harry, not giving a f*** when Flint dissolved into a pile of sand, having no fear whatsoever of Vulture even with his life in jeopardy, standing up to Hammerhead, and even warning Ock not to screw up again. I am lovin it.

Defenitley, and just imagine how mean he is when he is the Green Goblin.

There was no more an example of this when Vulture demanded Norman apologize and Norman graciously refused.

Yea he is probably going to be one sick mofo lol. Now on to another thing as i stated in this thread and today's episode thread i really hope they arent making tombstone be the actual identity of big man and it is foswell like it should be. If they keep pulling a move like this merging characters together(montana/shocker) it really limits them from returning as either character in future appearances which would be a stupid move. So i hope there is no more vilain identity changes in the future.

I believe he is the front. He is the physical presence and nothing more. Foswell will be the twist.

Going back to Green Goblin for a second, I liked the incarnation in the movie, because he was like a combination of the 90's cartoon version and the comic version. He wanted more power, and wanted revenge on those trying to keep power away from him. I mean even in the mirror scene he tells Norman he's there to say what he won't, to do what he can't, and to remove those in his way. And he also said he gave him power beyond his wildess dreams and that it was only the beginning.

That's excatly What I want to see in TSS for Gobby .
