I was thinking simpler than that. Just a bloody gun with a broken picture frame next to it. Teaser poster style. Keep it simple.

Alright sounds good, just throwing ideas out there. What program are you using?

I'm using Photoshop CS5.

And I decided to actually fade characters in. It looks too bare without something else to put in.

Now, you're job is NOT to make a grid. The grid is being made for you. What I want from you is just a player square. You see how on this image we have miniature squares? These will act basically as your avy on the grid. That is what I want you. Just a basic square of you guys on your Oscar night, dressed up.

As players exit the game, they will get somekind of thing over their name.

They can be anything that represents you at the Oscars...You can pick an actor, manipulate a picture to be more like you, etc...Up to you

Holy ****, I'd actually pay money to see this.

That is one hell of a premise and cast.

Here's my thoughts on the premise:

Is Amy Adams Renner's fiance? If not, I suggest that that happens because it would be a great motivation for the reporter to go for revenge if she dies. If that happens, then I have a great idea for a poster.

A bloody gun with a broken picture frame next to it.

Also, can we switch Amy Adams with Charlie Theron just because I get a picture of Renner and Theron together?

Parker, to be honest I didn't give the fiancee element much thought. I honestly just threw it again because I wanted a chick in there. Which is probably a pretty accurate example of how Hollywood execs think.

And if you've got a pic of Renner and Theron that would make it easier, by all means. We definitely wanna go for the cleanest artistic approach possible, whatever you guys find easiest.

I have no artistic skill to speak up, but for the poster I was picturing something along the lines of the classic Casino or Goodfellas posters,:





Or something along the lines of the Untouchables:


Something that emphasizes the three floating heads (Hamm, Dafoe, Wilkinson) overshadowing our heroes (Renner, Fassbender) underneath.

Well, I made a few adjustments.

I added Chris Pine as a young cop who gets involved with the reporter and the hitman.

And I wish you gave me those idea before I started, because I didn't really go that route with the triumvirate. I figured the movie would concentrating more on the Renner and Fassbender with a bit of Pine against the the other trio.

Anyway, here's the poster. I tried my best. If any of you have any suggestions, you can throw it out.

By the way, one of us has to PM Spider-fan everything by midnight tonight. Everything has to be in that PM, so all of you need to pick a playersquare. Also, we need to give more detail to the movie. I'm guessing the more detail the better.

I'd probably swap out Scorsese for someone a little less obvious (maybe Sam Mendes), but other than that I think it's pretty perfect. Great work!

How about we change the premise to Renner and Pine as cops, Renner's character is seeking redemption for the death of his wife and the only man that can help him is a contract killer who was betrayed by the inner circle? Something like that, would have to be worded properly.
