For those who might be interested, and for what it's worth, here are the two shots of Suresh's list, so far as we've seen.

Some familiar names. Many new ones. Might be useful in the future.

Cool. That was only on screen for a split second, I was lucky enough to notice Nathan Petrelli. Thanks for the screens

i wonder if we get to see some of the deceased ones during some sort of Hiro time jump

What sucks is that there still isnt a british one psssh, UK rules n we should have an awesome main character introduced (most definately should not be a chav tho)

^ Mohinder speaks like a Brit. Close enough eh?

That what Christopher Eccleston is for. It would be cool if he could control time, and would be a nice little nod at his former series.

This reminds me of the mutant registration list from X2.

i wonder since some of these supers..live in the same cities as the ones we already know, when will see them.......(examples) david berman from new york,ny---and amid halebi from los angeles,ca. and does this mean we know the names of the people that sylar has killed ... idk

Yeah I know. All we need know is a man in a wheel chair to teach Micah and Claire how to control their powers.:o

Why is the only one outside of the US Hiro?

And where did he get the information about this people and how did he find them?

I guess the indian kid doesn't count as outside the US then? We didn;t get a look at the complete list, so it's safe to assume there's more

I know but the majority showing seem to be from the US. I would think if it were a worldwide phenomena the majority would be from countries with larger populations.

Even with the kid that's two from outside the U.S. versus how many showing from in the U.S....I would get it if the list was organized by place or residence...You know...one list for U.S. on for India etc. But since Hiro's sandwiched in between people from the U.S. it's not done that way.

It's typical of shows and movies to be wholly U.S. centric. Not that I think they should have shows in other countries or show what is going on there but at least have a better representation.

The majority are from the US because the majority are people whom the story currently revolves around. Probably nothing more to it than that.

Um, this is a very diverse cast so far. That's what's lucky about US citizens: they are diverse by nature, as the US is a country of immigrants.

Don't get me wrong...I like the diversity they have in this show. Compared to the majority of shows out there it is the most ethnically diverse. That's not my issue. That's not really what I meant..it was more the fact that it is supposed to be a worldwide phenomena, that's all I meant.

Having this diversity in characters of the show and then having a list of "heroes" where the majority are only from the U.S. doesn't make sense to me. Again maybe it's only the beginning and we'll see more names or maybe it was just filler names since it was only on the screen for a split second. I guess it's because Chandra had been going around the states looking for these people and it's actually him that has compiled the list it would make sense, if the majority of time was spent in the U.S., while others such as Hiro was discovered at another time, like a seminar in Japan.

They search through the Human Gene project or what not.

It's safe to assume that Papa Shuresh made a program to search through medical records.

Obviously, the research will find "heroes" only from western civilizations, with advanced medical and research facilites and such.

So finding primary American, and some japanese heroes makes sense.

And think about it, considering how much juice Hiro seems to have, he must've been sticking out pretty much from the other records, that's why he is the first one on the list outside of the US.

Just my two cents.
