cheesy batman stuff?

i was just wondering how everyone sports their love for the bat, or if they do at all?
seems like since the release of the Dark Knight EVERYONE is a batman fan and you see the merchandise for it everywhere. not to mention, most of the new merchandising you see now features heath ledger's joker as opposed to the traditional joker.
basically what i'm asking is would you wear any of this stuff?

its the stuff we sell at the store i work at.
Personally, i won't wear any of the stuff with heath ledgers joker on it. i think it puts too much emphasis on the new movies and people just forget about all the other great batman stuff out there.

You're absolutely right. I complain about this more than I care to admit. It's as though Heath Ledger's Joker was he first and only to ever exist. Nobody ever acknowledges the classic comic book Joker. Don't get me wrong, I loved Heath's performance and all, but I just wish more people realized that there was a Joker before Heath. So for quite some time now I've been avoiding wearing TDK related shirts just because I don't want to seem like one of those people. I do, however, have an abundance of Batman and Joker shirts and merchandise (a few that are on that site, too) based on the comic counterparts which I wear frequently.

Yeah TDK stuff kind of got out of hand. I still collected them all (as much as I could) but now I don't wear many of the joker shirts I have. Not to mention my ex girlfriend still has a few of them.

Including my awesome glow in the dark Jim Lee Batman shirt.

Anyways, I would still probably wear the "Vote for Harvey Dent shirt."

And that shirt glows in the dark? way cool.
The prize of my collection is the limited edition way old school joker belt buckle. The only reason we got them in at work is because they did a test run with them and they didn't really take off so they're not making anymore. We've got a bunch but once we run out of them we wont have anymore.

Yeah, the shirt glows in the dark. It's just the upper part of Batman going to about his belt. Batman is all white, rest is all black. Really cool. Really simple.

I like to wear more simple designs.

Like I'd love to own this shirt. Nothing special at all.

I work for a downtown boutique where i live that sells all kinds of band merchandisiing stuff like led zeppelin t-shirts or Metallica wristwatches, stuff like that. but since all the new comic book movies have become so popular we now carry batman stuff and like transformers and whatnot. that website is the website for my store. its a pretty sweet gig. i don't have a uniform and we pick the music we listen to, so i really can't complain.

I like to wear more simple designs.

couldn't agree more. everything thats being put out right now (like band t-****s and stuff) are like, crazily over done. the images are so obnoxious and take over most of the shirt. I definatly prefer the simpler designs.

I REALLY like this shirt a lot. Like you said its simple an that's what makes it so great
