AI is watching you.

Sorry, it had to be done.:woot:

If you're so worried about privacy maybe you shouldn't go into stores. Almost all of them have security cameras now, police operated street cameras were the next logical step.
And what's going to be the next logical step? How about adding microphones so they can listen in to conversation.

I just think it's kind of retareded to create an infrastructure that can be used to surveil every citizen, so that, should a less democratic government come into power in the future, it is all prepared and ready for use. Besides I avoid going to stores or public places already because of this.

^Exactly...almost....
Chicago already is a brutal police state.Ask yourself why there hasn't been an Episode of 'COPS' in Chicago from inception>???
Its been on the air since 89!!
Anyway,.= teseract,Why would I care if they had a profile of my whereabouts of any given day.Actually makes me feel safer I'M NOT going to be falsely imprisoned..
And Terry78 lives in Chicago,he knows the cops are already well into your ass with the "Where ya goin?...Where ya comin from?"

Hmm, why indeed? Maybe because it enables them to create a pretty good profile of your habbits. The things you like to do the people you meet and so forth and so forth.

LOL! Paranoid much? I mean, really...what's the point of being afraid of the cameras in stores and such?

I understand why people are worried about this kind of setup. But I can't help but giggle to myself when someone starts worrying that the government is going to start watching my life and creating a "profile" of what I do each day and who I talk to. Seriously, that guy is going to fall asleep. My life is pretty average and there isn't much going on. Not to mention how many people and man hours it would take to watch every single person long enough to create a profile. Call me naive all you want...but it just sounds a little over-the-top-paranoid to me.

But you do seem pretty worried about them watching you...are you, perhaps, doing something you shouldn't?? :cwink:

Of course I do stuff I shouldn't, like getting computer games, comics books and other stuff, which are prohibited here because they might "influence the youth badly". I also like to watch porn, which is deemed illegal here while people in your country would shrug and laugh about the images. I also like to engage in outdoor activities which could get you jail time here, like playing "Gotcha". Paranoid? In a society that considers creating the means to spy on every citizens computer for "illegal" content? You bet I'm Paranoid.

The train station downtown Chicago here is always chock full of them getting off the train. And the girls are always giving me the eye from underneath their bonnets. They want to churn my butter, I think.:o
Which station are you talking about? I've never seen any Amish girls around here.
