I've been waiting fr a Chocolate milk appreciation thread.

This is almost spooky, that you'd make this thread today.

I have not had chocolate milk for, probably over ten years.
Mainly 'cause while I was drinking, anything sweet made me sick.
So, after all that time, earlier this week I had a painfully acidic stomach and wanted to get some milk, which I never drink either.

So I saw the chocolate milk, and now that I've quit drinking, I find I like sweet stuff more.
So I bought the chocolate milk, and drank it, and actually, I was disgusted/embarrassed with all of the cliches that were coming true.

It "tasted better than sex", it was a "flavor explsion of deliciousness in my mouth", it was "almost orgasmic".....it was like the best thing I've ever tasted in my life...to the point that I was going to mention how blown away I was by this simple carton of chocolate milk on the Hype or LSP, and then vetoed that because I hate when people talk about how good a certain kind of food is on the internet.

I started this when I was a kid and to this day I still do it every now and then, whenever I make nestle quik (powder) I always have to take a spoonful of the powder before I drink it down. I don't know why, but I do.

Milk actually increases the production of stomach acid.

And, yes, chocolate milk is delicious. Although I go for the low-fat variety, chocolate milk made form whole milk is just too rich.
