so Venom looks like McFarlanes? So does that mean he's pretty large than? marginally larger than Spidey???

that'd be awesome.
I will say the face is like McFarlane's Venom, but I can't confirm anything about the size of the body.

Sony have shot themselves servely in the foot with the blu ray disc, considering it is only a sony product, sony have also ****ed their sales with the ps3 and its ridiculously high retail price

^ it's pretty much the same thing, sony must have the worst sense of marketing ever, unless they're big scheme is for companies to buy the blu ray off them, which like UMD isn't likely to happen

there are more movie studios are backing Blu-Ray than HD-DVD, it's just that the format is more expensive compared to the competition.

yeah i love playstations cause i grew up on them...well actually i grew up on the original nintendo...but ever since PS1 ive been a playstation guy. But yeah your absolutely right. The only way BR discs will ever be popular is 1. They stop making DVDs or 2. BR's become cheaper. Because for some reason sony claims this is the "Next-gen" Media disk...which is true because you can hold up to 100gigs on one 4-layer disk. But theyre expensive. its something like 25 dollars for a single layer blank BR disk. its crazy. But still...as soon as the PS3 sales go down ill be getting one...cause its getting harder and harder to get one when they come out because of the limited amount of playstations being sent to stores, and because of so many being reserved right now.

an othe reason Blu-Ray is lossing right now is because HD-DVD got launched months ahead.

i'm definitely getting a ps3 money is not a problem
I love it when people openly admit to having enough money to just waste on non-essential items.

well his screen name is "nothingmatters"...

edit: nevermind...i misread it. Maybe its supposed to be misread...its a conspiracy!!!

blu ray will never become the new dvd, dvd had one clear advantage, it could be played on any dvd player by any company not just sonys overpriced merchandise

I hear ya man, i gre up on Nintendo, i actually currently own all the Nintendo consoles(soon to have a Wii as well). But i loved PS1 and 2 as well. This uber expensive beast of a PS3 is kind of a slap in the face to the playstation fans that can't afford something like that, I will eventually get one, but it may be a long time. Most likely wait till the price goes down someday. Wii is my main focus. I'm really hoping for a Rez sequel made for Wii. If you haev ever played that game you would know it's style would be PERFECT for Wii. And the creator actually said he is very interested in it. Heres crossing my fingers for Wii Rez 2 and Duck Hunt 2

true. But look at what happened before. Sony was the first ones to put out a DVD player, also those first buly-ass cd players. So it coule very well happen that other companies will make some too. That way sony isnt a monopoly.

sony may have been the first to bring out a dvd player, but it was other companies abilities to produce cheaper players for which an average joe could actually afford, so every home could afford a dvd player, as with a vhs machine...thats called capitalising on the product, something sony has a hard to understanding

lets hope not, we will all be living on the streets with a bunch of sony merchandise

Yeah Sony is notorious for expensive crap. Also if you own a PSP like i do...theyre not too well up product updates either. It pisses me off sometimes. I think they are becoming slower and slower in tearms of technology. You can always trust Nintendo for the fun stuff though. I can play mario for hours.

^ I played pro evo on my friends psp and I couldn't believe how hard to control it was, and i've never used one since, I don't get the analogue stick why its so small and hard to use

I'm on my psp talking to you guys right now. I go the internet conected on my psp.

How about giving this thread a rest, UNTIL someone actually finds a clearer version of the comic-con footage!!?
