Saw some promos for this and decided to check it out. It's about 2 nameless cogs in a corporation that makes EVERYTHING! (Some of the company's promos are pretty great). I've watched the first 2 episodes, and the cogs are pretty funny, as are their supervisors, but the true selling point is Lance Reddick as an f-bomb dropping corporate monster being the CEO of the company with absolutely no moral qualms about anything. In the 2nd ep, he's excited about another war and getting the business from it, then just bristling with rage as he recalls how they lost out on getting the contract for the Iran War. He's head over heels about the Power Point presentation one of the cogs puts together, until the head of the competition derides the font. Then Reddick becomes obsessed with what font works the best.

Watched the first episode of season 2. Still great, but unfortunately all the f-bombs got bleeped. I never know with Comedy Central if they'll bleep out the f-bombs or not. I watched the first season On Demand, so maybe that's the difference. Unfortunately the 1st episode wasn't available On Demand so I couldn't test the theory.

I'm not even fully through the first episode, but I noticed one of the "nameless" cogs you mentioned was explicitly named Matt in the first few seconds. And then the other cog was referred to as Jake. I'm wondering where you got the nameless thing from.

Sorry, I was just trying to convey they're a couple of nobodies. Yeah, they do have names.

Corporate is one of those shows that kind of gets overlooked. I was surprised how funny it was considering how awful the premise sounded. No idea what the ratings are for it but hope it keeps going.

I was watching last season but got sidetracked as of late.

I'm enjoying the show, hope it goes on for awhile.

No problem, you got me to check the show out. I'm a fan now. I think the episode that got me on board was "Company Retreat".

So it looks like the On Demand versions of the episodes are uncensored. Unfortunately the 1st ep wasn't available On Demand on DirecTV, so I had to use alternative methods to procure it.
