Comic Con 2009

There's also a clause that can get them out of their contract.

I wouldn't mind a move to Las Vegas personally. There's more room for the convention and hotels are a lot cheaper.
not to mention Vegas has a lot more to offer you if you want to stay an extra day or so. that and LA is a toilet and I would not go back there for any amount of money.

Hotel will be covered soon.

What is the pre-registering for?

No on-site registration is even allowed now due to the volume of attendees. So you need to pre register online several months in advance. You can get a 4-day pass (which I recommend HIGHLY) or you can do daily passes. I say get the 4-day pass because...

1.)It's a better deal than the dailies

2.)Preview night is a lot less crowded than the actual convention days so it's a nice way to walk around the convention floor and check out all of the cool booths.

This sounds good. I don't want to be smothered in crowds when looking around for the first time.

when does pre registration usually begin?

The closest Con to me is B-more Sept 27 and 28th this year. My costume is finished and I want you guys opinion.

I also really want to go to NY next year with this one.

Very Good My Friend!

Thanks, it's hard because there's not a lot of African American heroes out there and not to many people have done Mr. Terrific or at least gave him justice so that is what I was going for.

I would argue 2007 was a better year - Watchmen introduction, TDK viral, Iron Man, Hulk, etc.

I have considered going to 2009 - but right now there is no project I really care that much to see.

Yeah that makes sense. I've had alot to look forward to for this year. I'm not really excited about 2009 but the good thing is that Watchmen comes out in march so it won't be too long of a wait .
I'd definately like to go someday. You never know what will happen . There just be more Hugh Jackman type of suprises.

Comic Con last year was much better then this year imo... but it was still alot of fun. This year for the Marvel fanboy, it was kinda lame... but next year should be great, marvel studios should be there for Ironman 2, Thor, antman, and possibly some cap/avenger announcements

4 day tickets are now for sale.

  • Would you recommend I get this ticket?
  • Whats the benefits?
  • I'm thinking of getting it tonight or tomorrow early, would that be enough time?
  • $75 for a ticket? I thought it would be more, no?
My first time going so I'm going to ask so many questions:o
