Comics We Want To See Become Films

God Loves Man Kills

I'd love to see a sort of low-key thriller with the X-Men. I think they'd work well outside the action movie zone. Quite well, actually.

Rage of The Black Panther

The original multi-part storyline. Would love to see it play out in epic fashion.

The Death of Captain America

I'd love to see the Death (and Return!) of Steve Rogers play out over two or three films. I think that could be really cool, especially if they incorporate the time gem into his jumping through time.

The (Ultimate) Clone Saga

I think the way the Ultimate Universe handled this storyline was awesome, would love to see it happen.

Oh man, youre right, death of cap would be great. and also i really want black panther in the MCU. not sure where he would fit right now though

Yeah, Black Panther is a character you have to make room for or he'll never fit. I think all characters are kinda like that, really.

Not only would it be amazing to see some non-superhero characters made it into movies, I honestly think Marvel Studios will need to branch out to survive anyway. Let's see some Marvel sci-fi and horror movies...

Didn't X2 borrow from that?

This really is the direction Sony should be going not spining off Sinister 6

God Loves Man Kills has been done already, it's called X-Men 2.

Seems like Bryan Singer was one of the first comic book film Directors taking on acclaimed storylines for the base of his film, it was honestly very unnexpected, as most were betting on the Sentinels, Juggernaut or other more known X-Men villains, instead we got Stryker, a character that wasn't all that big at the time. It was a great gamble that paid off, he was perfect.

Ironically, I finished reading a two part Kang story: it's in Avengers Masterworks, Vol 3

I'm sure doctor cosmic just meant they wanted to see a more loyal translation involving religions role in hatred as opposed to the military and persecution which is what happened in x2 (although I love that film).

I want to see Brubaker, fraction and aja' run on iron fist adapted just so I can find out what they had planned after they got cancelled.

I also want to see that captain America story involving isiah Washington translated.

And slotts run on she hulk of courses!

I'm all for a more religious X-Men movie, but i think God Loves Man Kills isn't the best one to take now that X-2 has adapted it. I'm sure there must be another way to use those themes without repeating the storyline.
