Computer Help re: CTRL+ALT+DEL

A while ago, I accidentally (not sure how, either) removed the blue bar from the CTRL+ALT+DEL window, and I've no idea how to get it back. In addition, I somehow moved from the list of running programs to the process list and have no idea how to undo that either. Could somebody help, please? I use the "End Program" function a lot...now I can't.

Ok just double click on the grey area next to End Task

Can't do system restore, I've done too much else with the computer since that I don't wanna lose. EDIT: Thank you Majik, you are my hero now.
