Conflicting Situation/Question, Opinions Needed.

Ok, let me tell you the back story before I ask:

I was a member on another movie site for a while, I guess I was in their eyes "the bad guy", dis-obeying admins and such, I was frequently banned, unbanned and rebanned. Anyways, an admin on the movie site was in a reltionship, an illegal one at that. She was 24, he was 15. They met through their discussions of the god-awful Manga "The Death Note". She and him both admitted to doing various sexual acts on the webcam and on the telephone. The 15 year old member at the time had told us that he was 19 but she knew his real age. When the rest of the community and the admins staff found out he was only 15, we called them out, asking if she knew what she was doing, knew his age and knew if it was wrong. She said "it's not wrong if it's love".

Anyways, long story short, I was banned for calling her out on it and she still is allowed to post there.

So, what should I do? I'm not looking for revenge, I don't want revenge. I'm still friends with a lot of the people on there and for the most part, they think my banning was a wrong doing in the first place.

Any and all help would be amazing.

Second, it sounds like you were shafted by a well ...... I'll refrain from name calling. Can you log into your account at all and send pms to your friends on the site? If you can maybe they'll rally for you and get all the other mods to see the wrong doing and get you back in.

i'd say a lot would fall on where the 15 yr old lives and what the age of consent laws and stuff are in the state

if he's considered a minor, if someone really wanted to push it, then he's distributing child porn.

i know that sounds like a stretch, but there was a big case similar not too long ago, except i think it was photographs and not videos

Aesop, people and a lot of communities aren't perfect. You just have to learn to accept the idiocy. It just runs rampant in this world Idiocy will run you over.... just like a moron who doesn't know how to drive....

Dude, just don't worry about it. It's a message board. Let them do whatever they want with their own lives. Put the time and effort you have been wasting there into something more constructive.

like i said, depending on where he lives and the laws and statutes there, he might be of the age of legal consent (this is really catman's territory lol) and it be legal. i doubt it, but some states have crazy laws, you never know

and if he's still legally a minor, without being able to consent, by him sending her videos of him doing sexual things, he's technically distributing child porn, and by her watching/reciprocating, she's in posession of child porn as well as contributing to delinquency of a minor

I think the age of consent is 16 - 17 in most states. Unless you're in another country or in the 19th or early 20th century.
