I'm all for cops having technology like this if it means fewer people dying as a result of their actions. I can live with a dumbass taking a rubber bullet in the head or having a respiratory attack from a pepperball gun rather than having to take a bullet or ten and dying because they're breaking the law or resisting arrest.

I think people shud just spend the money training the police to be ninjas instead. Theyd be much more efficient that way.
