Yeah, but stupidity affects all races and religions, so we'd only be singling them out. 
And on a serious note (since you brought it up), the only reason I don't support mass genocide is because it's facilitated by humans and our prejudices get involved to the point where it can't be impartial. That's why I support natural disasters.
Also, we should regulate who can and can't have kids, but it'd be difficult to implement.
