Cops seize "racy" promo photos from Abercrombie & Fitch store

Wow, I was just at Lynnhaven Mall a few days ago. I didn't walk past the Abercrombie & Fitch store, though. I don't roll like that.

I went to Starbucks before church yesterday morning to get some studying in. This dude pushing 60 with dyed blonde, spiky hair came in. He was wearing some Doc Marten-esque shoes, jeans with rips in them, and a long-sleeved, Abercrombie and Fitch knit shirt/sweater thing.

60 years old and dressing like he's a 17-year old prep school student.

I kept my poker face on  , but I was cracking up inside . . . :lmao:

P.S. I can't stand A&F. Even if I were still young enough to shop there, I wouldn't. And whoever talked about the smell wafting out of there is speaking truth. A seventh grader on the way to his first dance doesn't smell that strong (usually).

jeez this is america
theres tons of more graphic bumpin and grinding ****
on television and they are worried about photos?

half these peoples 15 yr old daughters are out buying thongs and having sex...america is the land of the free people need to deal with it

^You sound like you support Abercrombie and Fitch. We should jump you for that. :o

They have been talking about this on the local news quite a bit.

Yep they just said they were dropped at the top of the news.

i maybe got a hoodie and a few shirts outta there shops, when i was in the states, but i always got the feeling that the staff were looking down on me for not being good enough.

f**kers
I heard that the employees are suppose to do that. There's a image to uphold at A&F and apparently that doesn't include catering to people who don't apply to that image i.e. average looking people and black folks.

That's just ridiculous. The ACLU should have gotten involved and said that the picture obviously portrayed some sort of Gay Love fest and therefore censoring it was an anti-gay hate crime

Abercrombie's store has a weird smell. It's like that cologne just wafts out into the mall area. That and Hollister. I just don't like Hollister because it's trying way too hard to be hip with its store design. Tubular surfing, dude.
They're owned by the same company.
The Hollister store in my area is WAY too dark. You walk in, and you can't see two feet in front of you.

Abercrombie had it coming. I was just there yesterday ;D

Well...Virginia Beach is in the south...not deep south, but still the south. They're some of the most homophobic people I've ever met. So glad I got out of there and plan on staying away.

i heard that too but apparently grossly exaggerated. my girlfriend worked there for some months and they never once told her that. She didnt have to say hi or help anyone she didnt want to. They DO however only hire good looking people, that is an obvious fact made clear just by walking through the door.

She also was offered her job there just out-of-the-blue one day and was hired on the spot.

What part of Virginia Beach did you go to?

Well...considering I'm from Norfolk, all over the place. I went to Catholic High (now Bishop Sullivan) on Princess Anne rd. You can imagine their feelings toward gay people.

Well, of course Catholic High would (I took my SATs there twice). That's a given, but I don't see how Virginia Beach is any more homophobic than any other city. You made it sound like it's plagued.

You probably don't notice it like I would.:csad:

Perhaps. I just can't see how Virginia Beach is any more homophobic than any other city. Not like some small town in Alabama.
