I heard this morning that my state, NC, is considering returning to Phase 1 of the reopening plan. Apparently the increase in Covid cases is alarming the governor.

And yesterday a nearby church had parents and kids outside playing games. All of them were right on top of each other passing balls back and forth.

Testing is up but so is % of positive results. If it was just testing % of positive results would go down.

You also wouldn't have increased hospitalisations.

I could argue. Someone got murdered and we saw it happen. People are protesting, and hopefully, making a sea change for how people are treated in the future. They generally seem to be wearing masks and, while there are people who are reckless, the majority are doing what they can to stay as safe as possible given the circumstances.

Trump holding a rally.....that's the same because.....uh....hold on....I'll have to think about that one.....I'm sure there'll be a run on masks....
