Wrong answer.

Why is that? Better leadership/more spread out population?

Probably because they took things seriously from the start, shut things down, and reopened slowly instead of too soon. It isn't really more spread out. The country is massive but nobody is in most of it. The Toronto area is one of the most populated on the continent. I believe fourth to Mexico City, New York City, and LA.

The fact that this translation or second guessing is always needed shows he is not a good enough communicator to be president. This is also not the time for jokes or sarcasm during public briefings on a pandemic.
Agreed. :(

Texas hit 5000 new cases two days in a row. So yeah I think we're in trouble. I doubt Abbot will issue a new stay at home order though.

I have a good chunk of family in Florida and Texas, so yay, more time to worry.

Wait until the death spike follows in a few days. Lots of old folks there. :(
That is the worrying thing with Florida. This could become quite horrific within a few weeks. The only blessing is that the death rate from getting the virus seems to have improved, even though it can cause plenty of damage even if it doesn’t kill you.

It's a miracle that some people get through each day without killing themselves through their own incompetence.
Who is this person and with this absolute dumbassery why are they allowed to speak at a conference/meeting like this? Whoever employed her/invited her to speak must have been on drugs.

Pro-wrestling gossip. Of course pro-wrestling and UFC have all located to Trump worshipper DeSantis's state of Florida to have most lax regulation during the pandemic while continuing to make their so-called 'independent contractors' work through the pandemic as essential workers.
