My friend told me her Anti-Mask boss refuses to wear a mask even if it's mandated.
Some people are very, very, very slow learners. The idea is that those people don't become the leaders.Texas is mandating face masks.
Texas governor Abbott orders that masks be used, limits gatherings to 10 people

Herman Cain got it.The ones that don't deserve catching this thing always end up having it, and vice versa. Stupidity seems to be rewarded.
I was thinking the deaths seemed to be climbing slower even with cases exploding. Is there any official confirmation deaths are lessening?

Now I fear idiots from the heavily infected states will try to flee to neighboring ones.
In this case you are only as strong as your weakest link. Really the globe should have come together for something like this but what should be the leading voice of the western world is now an internationally divisive one.And this is why no matter the rationales bandied about by "Constitutionalists" or small government conservative types or Libertarians... No, this was not best handled locally. A virus does not operate under the auspices of jurisdictions and it doesn't care about political borders.
Once it hit the mainland it became a nationalized threat. What anyone with a brain understands then and now that what is needed isn't some piecemeal approach with a patchwork of responses, agencies, recommendations, rules and enforcement frameworks. We need an across the board approach robustly enforced. Where it is necessary to adjust and adapt for a region, municipality or state and important information and circumstances that originate there, fine. But going in literally 50 different directions was not the answer for this problem facing America and it never even should have been on the table as a possibility in the first place.
Don't feel too bad. He allegedly sexually harassed
Schools, hospitals, firemen.....Cities should fine noncomplying businesses to the bone and put that easy money to good use.
Too late now, isn't it?Not surprised at all about Florida. Hopefully they all or at least most have learned their lesson and will start taking this very seriously from now on
