I am not a big ice cream fan, nor am I a big fan of buying in bulk which seems to be the fad lately. I prefer shopping at markets like Whole Foods and Trader Joes.

Today I did go into Costco to pick up my sister's prescription. Apparently you are supposed to show a card at the door, but when I said "pharmacy" they let me in to a world that can only be described as "big carts and big boxes."

After getting the prescription I cut through the mothers and screaming kids and found some sort of concession stand. It looked like the ones found at baseball or football stadiums.

A woman in front of me had some crying and screaming kids, I could barely concentrate on the menu. They had some pizza, hot dogs, and something called "chicken bake" that looked like a garlic stick.

All of a sudden I could hear myself think, the mother somehow shut these kids up. I looked over and they were eating these towering keg cups filled with soft white fluffy goodness. I had to get me some.

I looked at the menu and saw that this "Non-Fat Frozen Yogurt" was only $1.25. I had to have one. I ordered one and didn't even ask for a spoon. I stuck my face right in the cup and tasted the milky goodness. This frozen yogurt would make even Newman proud.

Costco pretty much rocks in general . . . although I've never tried their frozen yogurt specifically . . .

Yeah, I don't like Costco. Why so much stuff? Place is too big and the parking is terrible. But I agree about their frozen yogurt.
It's been years since I've had it.
Thanks.

You can even get swirled or mixed with berries. :woot:

All I care about is the frozen yogurt. They can have their pallets! :cmad:

I don't know what cottage pie is, but it looks nasty.

I must have posted the British Costco. :csad:

"Want to go out for iced cream hun?"
"Sure babe, where are we going?"
"Costco!"
"WTF!?"

LOL! Cottage pie is nasty - ground mince with a roof of mash :o

Shepherd's pie is pretty much identical. They're like lasagne but with mash :D :down

Their polish dogs are the **** plus they're only a $1.50 w/soda. Bargain fa sho!

Yeah they seem like a steal. However I am scared of hot dogs.

f*** costco.
My gf always says they have the best hot dogs...hot dogs? How can costco have the best anything? Its all wholesale...and anything they're selling, was bought out from some smaller owner...so give credit to the makers of that yogurt...not costco.

I love the Costco.

Costco>Samsclub

The yogurt is made there in the....yogurt making machine. Do I have to give credit to the cows? :csad:

I get the cinnamin sticks sometimes , those are good.

I love Costco and everything that they have. Their homemade Pizzas are amazing too.

We don't have cottage pie and jacket potatoes in our Costco here. Btw, Costco does have nice foods. I like their hot dogs, and they only cost $1.50 which includes a drink that is refillable. And their pizzas rule as well.

We don't have cottage pie either, that is just a picture from a British Costco.

Their pizzas look good.

Costco pizza is incredibly good. It tastes...better...than whatever you could get at Pizza Hut (which is crap, btw).

Mmmm...I eat at Costco almost every time I shop there.

Chicken bake + frozen yogurt= :up::up::up:

The best food in a big box store has to be Ikea. Breakfast specials and cheap beer
