Are you kidding? Wolverine could beat Namor so easily. Of course they'd have to be fighting in the middle of the Sahara at high noon (Namor was sent there days in advance so he's pretty much fish jerky when Wolvie arrives) with Namor shackled in adamantium cuffs and Wolvie's got the X-Men backing him up. See, no problem for the crazy Canuck.
