Could this be the new Hulk design/look?

This was conceptual art from before Ang Lee's Hulk! Check out the face and the body shape...it's the same as the silohette from the comic con and the pic shown on the screen at the panel. Did they go back to this??? Notice he's 9ft tall. This is from 1997. Zak's script was from 1996. Hmmmmmmm.

Woah. I love the brows and how...neanderthal-like he looks. My only issue is the skinny waist. It like it starts out small and balloons out as it reachs the chest and limbs...Almost like an exagerated hourglass. I guess I'm just more partial to the stocky giant look as opposed to just tall and muscular.

Still looks fantastic though and I'd be happy even if this is what we get. The second picture in particular.

The current script was based on Zak's 1996 script bud. Norton didn't throw it out...he rewrote it. Just look at those pics and compare them to the facial shot we've seen and the silohette. It's pretty much exactly the same.

Another thing I like about the pics, is that it definately conveys the savage hulk's visual look than what Ang ultimately went with I think.

that '97 movie was actually going to use a big animatrinic hulk. i have pics of it some where. they ended up scapping the whole thing, but they did start on the hulk. it looked good, but CG kills it!

The body seems more proportional, which I like. I felt that going with theexaggerate proportions of the comics was a little too much.

i have an issue of cinemafx that came out when the hulk movie did, and that where i saw the pics of the animatronic hulk. but i have no idea where it is. i know i still have it, just gotta find it. some one might be smart enough to find it on google????

Wow. That would've been awesome if they did him Jim Henson style. But the speed and ferocity would not come off well at all. Glad that they went CG. His size and proportions are totally inhuman.
