The Dark Knight Rises crazy idea for Batman 3; The Wrath

I just had another idea different from the black masked two face I had before.... it would take a lot of re-doing of the character but the villain in the 3rd one should be an updated and modified version of the Wrath ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wrath_%28comics%29 for the unaware) with his backstory changed and his costume made to look more like Batman's....he could be one of those many batman copy cats that we saw starting to come out in TDK but more intelligent etc. than the rest... he could be a killer and has to fight Batman. People then realize it was the "evil" Batman AKA the Wrath who has been doing all these killings. Harvey's name is still clean and Batman returns and is redeemed

plus the wrath is obscure enough that Nolan could do pretty much whatever he wants/needs to with the character without too much complaint
