1-Why aren't Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Chris Claremont credited for creating the X-Men in "X-Men", "X2: X-Men United" and "X-Men: The Last Stand"?

2-Why isn't Jim Shooter credited for creating the character of Henry Gyrich in "X-Men"?

3-Why isn't Herb Trimpe credited for creating the character of Wolverine in "X2: X-Men United" and "X-Men: The Last Stand"?

4-Why isn't Dave Cockrum credited for creating the character of Storm in "X2: X-Men United" and "X-Men: The Last Stand"?

5-Why isn't Dave Cockrum credited for creating the character of Nightcrawler in "X2: X-Men United"?

6-Why isn't Dave Cockrum credited for ceating the character of Colossus in "X2: X-Men United" and "X-Men: The Last Stand"?

7-Why isn't Joss Whedon credited for creating the character of Dr. Kavita Rao in "X-Men: The Last Stand"?

8-Why isn't John Byrne credited for creating the character of Omega Red in "X-Men: The Last Stand"?

9-Why isn't Stan Lee credited for creating the characters of Daredevil, Karen Page, Foggy Nelson and the Kingpin in "Daredevil"?

10-Why isn't Marv Wolfman credited for creating the character of Bullseye in "Daredevil"?

11-Why isn't Frank Miller credited for creating the characters of Ben Urich and Elektra in "Daredevil"?

12-Why isn't John Romita Jr. credited for creating the character of Typhoid Mary in "Elektra"?

13-Why isn't Bram Stoker credited for creating the character of Dracula in "Blade: Trinity"?

Stan Lee is credited by his role as an executive producer in all the Marvel movies and cameos in movies based on characters of his creations: Spider-Man, Daredevil, Hulk, the Fantastic Four, and the X-Men. Expect him to have cameos in Fantastic Four 2, Spider-Man 3, Black Widow, Silver Surfer, Iron Man, Thor, Nick Fury, Dr. Strange, Black Panther, Ant-Man, the Avengers, and the Incredible Hulk.

The others aren't credited because the other character are more of created side-characters instead of the main characters. It's also probally because of legal issues. Because of legal issues Bob Kane, Jerry Siegel, Joe Shuster, and William Marsten are to be credited for Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman.

But for some reason Jack Kirby isn't credited even though he created them alongside Stan Lee even though he co-created them

Why do you constantly ask questions???

Most of them are probably not credited because they were working for Marvel at the time and thus they are Marvel property. Superman (and I think Batman too) was created before DC comics and I believe was added to DC under the agreement that the creators still get credit for creating him no matter what he's used for. That's why you even see their names on the "Smallville" credits. As far as Dracula goes, I haven't got a clue. :venom:

Because people would've fallen asleep before the credits were even finished.
