Yeah I agree. It is their make-up and ridiculous outfit that is a bit unsettling may I say and makes them feel otherwordly and strange to us.

I saw him making balloons right outside my window last night. I tried to go to sleep, but I couldn't. His shoes were making too much noise. Finally I turned around to see him standing right over my bed with a huge butcher knife and that wide grin of his widening. He laughed as he told me he was going to gut me like a pig.

It's the clown's victim. First he straps you to a chair. Then messes with your hair and puts clown makeup on you. Then he slices into your skin to form little triangles with a knife. Then he uses acid around your mouth. Needless to say you soon die after that while forced to look into your own reflection shaped into his image.

I'm unsure how that's going for the person I know. It didn't impact me since I wasn't personally attached to it. I will say some of the critiques it got might actually help me in the long run actually.
