Crisis on Infinite Earths Batman fig

I ran across this figure on Amazon for $162.65. Is this price wrong or is this figure rare or something?

price has to be wrong. I can get this at a local discount store for 3.99. For some reason alot of the DCD lines are popping up afew months after release in "cheap" stores.

Thats why I was asking, I pick this figure up for $5. When I saw that price I was like that can't be right.
