This is a good point. There is another novel out called Down these mean Streets. In the opening pages of the novel it states that the story happens after Amazing #509.That makes it cannon. Has anyone done a reveiw of this new novel? I'm ordering it as we speak.

Rhino would stay dead, he does crap all. But he's needed. And no, not EVERYONE dies to come back, but I know what you mean. He won't die though. I don't want to have this convo (no offense). It'd be such a crap move by Marvel. Just because Punisher will beat him doesn't mean he could kill him. People are reading into that image waaay too much now. I can't even entertain the idea, I'd end up sending a strongly worded letter to Marvel. Oh yeah!!! I'd do it too...
