Hey, saw a Joker shirt on e-bay, like for $90. Limited edition I think? Anyway, got out my fabric paints and went to town....guess how much it cost ME to make?

$4.00, including the cost of the t-shirt!LOL!

What do you guys think? I know it's not perfect, but pretty good for the first try. I'm making my roommate one b/c she thinks it's awesome :)

Sweet! How well do those paints hold up in the laundry though?

very well, actually. takes 24 hours to dry, then it can be washed in cold water :) and dried on medium.

The brand of fabric paint is called "scribbles" and is sold @ Michael's or Jo-Anne Fabrics.

Thanks everyone. I have'nt done anything like this is a looong time.
Even I was kinda surprised how well it turned out :)

mine cost $4.00 to make.
not $18.99
custom made. by me. by hand. not made by a machine.

I was just showing my talent, that's all.

Cool.

I did one in fabric pens a while ago too.

Awesome.

Sure beats paying $18.99 for one, huh?

Any pics?

And I like your sig....

Wow, I like it! Wish I could make one of those myself.

Great Job!

Totally different tshirt - the one being sold for 90+ is from a company called "Salvage" - http://solissf.stores.yahoo.net/saclmebasjof.html

Yeah, I knew that the viral marketing shirts were selling for that much. The viral packages are selling for insane amounts on everything. But his original shirt looked like the one I posted.

Oh, and in case anyone was wanting to blow some money on anything from the Batman films, you can own the Batmobile (the one from the Keaton/Nicholson version).

$110,000 didn't even meet the reserve. How much could that guy possibly want, and I think he may be trying to cash in on the Batman phenomenon just a tad.

I made my own Joker shirt a few months ago, too.

Looks a little warped from the folds in the shirt, but I was pretty pleased with the outcome.

Nice job! Especially for how much it cost you to make.

I made myself one similar to that way back in Febuary, when I saw that they were giving out shirts with the design on it to celebs. I got jealous P:
Now they have them at Hot Topic, but I like mine more.
