Daily Planet Redux: Man of Tomorrow News and Speculation Thread

Trump isnt going to force a sale...that is some serious BlueAnon thinking. He won't block it but he won't force it either. Zazlov loves him so Trump will let him get the best deal possible.
It would be a very bad idea not to accept this deal Dave. Many people won't be happy. A tremendous amount even. Okay. :Trump:

“We’re going to make the best deal anyone has ever seen. People say, ‘well how is WB is going to get better?’ and we will show everyone how to make WB the best it’s ever been. Guaranteed to be 900% better.”

I'm laughing but I'm also crying

My preference is that Lex should have at least some presence in any terrestrial based Superman film. His absence in MOS was one of many mistakes.

I don’t think Lex fatigue is as much of a risk as Joker fatigue. Lex can enter and exit the story without hijacking all the attention like Joker does.

My favorite adaptation of the Lex/Clark dynamic was in Smallville. They really got to develop how complicated their relationship was over the years. I want a similarly nuanced take on their dynamic here. Different story beats of course but just take influence from that love/hate almost brotherly relationship. Show the potential for friendship if things were just a little different, and their conflict is so much more powerful.

Ya know I worked a Trump VIP party back before the first term...if I posted the transcript (I wrote it all out) you wouldn't believe how dumb he is.

Just curious… does anyone know why WB is in this constant state of failure in which they always need some other company to buy them out? I was watching a few videos on this the other day and they were in this situation before with AOL, and then Discovery. They have some of the most valuable IP out there (you can argue that they’ve mishandled it a lot but they’ve still made a lot of money off of it over the years) and this year they’ve had a string of successful movies. They also have theme parks, which I assume make them a lot of money. I guess it’s just bad management at the top?

I have to assume that if they're using it, it's only for the purposes of screen tests with Corenswet.

I highly doubt they are going to use the exact same suit during filming. While I don't expect a major overhaul of the suit design, Gunn has already stated that you can expect tweaks to the suit in the sequels.
