Well we're down to the final three! And it's the right three for that matter.

But I don't even want to know how they're stretching out only three dancers into 1 1/2 hours tonight, possibly tomorrow, and next week's 2-3 hour finale?!!

...Blah!

I think Emmitt will win. And though he's not the best dancer left, he best reflects what the show's about. He moves great for a large man with the beaten and battered body of an NFL running back.

Side Note: Is it just me, or does it look like Emmitt has gotten WAY to close with his dancing partner? I sure hope not, but they're ALWAYS holding hands?@?!?

Mario and Emmitt tied with the judges' scores last night. Funny thing is, it doesn't matter if they're tied or if one of them managed to get ahead. The viewers' votes are the sole determining factor between the final 2, because in the event of the tie, the winner is the one with the highest viewer votes. So the judges' scores end up being pointless for the finale.

It was a done deal from the beginning of the season that Emmitt would win, or come in at worst second, but only if they did the 3 couple finale like they did last year (which I can only assume they used to try to keep Jerry Rice, a mediocre dancer, from winning the whole thing). You have a show with a bunch of B-level celebrities and 1 NFL legend/Superbowl MVP, and the winner's determined by viewer votes, guess who wins. Seriously, if Emmitt danced like Master P, he still would've won.

But don't count on ABC to change anything. They'll keep bringing in the popular sports player because he'll bring in the viewers. They don't really care who wins their show.

Emmitt deserves it FAR more than "Mario" and you could tell with Mario's less-than-sincere response to taking second place. Gimme a break you friggin' Jabroney!

Emmitt was actually a good dancer, in my opinion he actually represents what the true nature of DWTS means.

Out of curiousity, does anybody who posts here actually ballroom dance or Latin dance on a regular basis?

I'm an intermediate-to-advanced salsero and just beginning to take international Latin and ballroom.
