Darthphere's House of Style: From Geek to Chic.

Spring is only "right around the corner" for those of you who live in the Southern states.

Canada

(Though I did buy two bikinis today :))

Yeah, that's probably for the better. I can't even peg her fashion style.

If I do that, I'll also need to buy a wig to whip.

I know lululemon is big for girls around that age (at least where I am from). My daughter and her friends love shopping at that store.

Oh, Lulu. Hello another one of my addictions.

Lulu isn't as ubiquitous in the States as it is here Pow, but yeah. Even a gift certificate is a pretty solid choice.

I've watched enough Degrassi to know whats up.

Yeah a very expensive addiction. Although I will admit the quality is quite remarkable.

Didn't know it was not as popular in the states. We saw one in Orlando when we went to Disney World so I just figured it was as common.

Cool, I've never heard that brand before. Good to know.

They have men's stuff as well. I don't know how it compares to a brand like Under Armour, but the clothes really do absorb sweat well and feel more comfortable when you're working out. If you're willing to drop the cash on them.

I've gone in there a couple of times. I seriously don't get the fuss. A bunch of overpriced and underwhelming stuff, imo.

No offense. :o

Like I was saying, it is really good workout gear. It's comfortable, absorbs sweat well, and lasts a really long time. I've never had a pair of sweats hold up as well as Lulu yoga pants. I'm currently sitting in a pair I've owned for 4 years and they still fit great and have no damage.

Well that's cool. But I'm cheap.:p

If I'm going to sweat in it, I'm gonna find the cheapest thing possible.

I have a problem. I love jackets. I love outerwear. It's like an obsession of mine. Problem is, I live in Miami. It's cold like one week in the whole year. So sometimes I buy an awesome jacket and can't wear it until next year. It's so frustrating. I hate living near the beach. :oldrazz:

where did this obsession come from? genuinely curious considering your current living location

No idea. Just went to the mall one day saw a cool jacket and was like "Damn, I like jackets."

All off Mod Cloth. I love them all.

that grey skirt is really cute

I started wearing fleeces this year, they are comfy

Yeah, I'm hoping to use it for work and going out. It's a good go between skirt.

Fleece is lovely. All my blankets in my house are fleece!

I like that scarves are coming back, but not everyone can pull the look off

Yeah, I usually see a dude with a scarf and think *****e. But there are times I'm like "I wish I could look that cool."

Kind of like guys who wear short pants and no sock loafers.

Here in London you invest in a jacket and make sure that sucker is water proof having said that weathers been good lately. Bright sunshine today :word:

I am love, love, loving the jewelry from 80spurple.com. For example:
