Watched it last night.

Ok, I thought act 1 was the strongest part of the film. I also thought there were slight pacing issues. I enjoyed it. I didn't LOVE it, though. Some great performances. Not a bad film, but not a masterpiece like some are hinting at.

Interesting that you thought there were pacing issues. I thought the pacing was perfect and the movie absolutely flew by. But then again, I loved the whole thing...

I went and saw it a second time last week. I enjoyed it even more. My two favourite things about it are the soundtrack and Jesse Eisenberg. Does that dude give one hell of a performance here, I hope he gets a nod. And that soundtrack is just too badass for words at times, especially in the Sean Parker Appletini scene and the Rowing race (which is such an utterly weird scene that I can't help but absolutely adore it). Supremely entertaining this flick is, I'll be seeing it many more times on DVD.

Finally got around to see this movie and is truly a wonderful movie with all aspect being truly great, starting with the actors who delivering some truly phenomenal works, especially Eisenberg, who really step out of his comfort zone and did a good performance and the script is brilliant, using a Rashomon type of narrative and having the knack to some great dialogs. The soundtrack from Reznor and Ross is just amazing and definitely set the mood of the film and the cinematography is gorgeous to look at from the set up and lightning, Fincher is one of the few director who really know how to work around using a digital camera.

Really great film, I thought Eduardo scenes where the best especially when Sean Parker was introduced. Eduardo knew he was a problem right from the beginning.Jesse Eisenberg scenes were great but he spoke so fast in some scenes.

you forgot one important point. they were BEST friends and you expect a better behaviour from a best friend. eduardo realized that he needs to be more open for other ideas. even during difficult times, he stood by mark and supported him. he wanted his attention, that's why he did freeze the bank account. he wanted to feel needed but in the end they used him and got rid of him in a very bad way. he never expected something like that from a close friend. his only best friend. that's why i feel more sympathy for eduardo.

You need to do more reading on the actual transgressions. I suggest starting with the Business Journal.
