Before I used to think they came out with shows to shine new light on it but now I think they have a timeframe for each show they produce. Think about it There was Batman TAS then came Superman TAS, Superman was still on long after Batman TAS ended. After Superman TAS ended, we get Batman Beyond. Then a little less than a year later we got Static Shock.
Batman Beyond Ended then on CN they introduce Justice League Unlimited which lasted for 5years. In between those years Static Shock was cancelled, Teen Titans came on and then The Batman. After Teen Titans was cancelled they produce a silly show called League of Super Heroes, which seems to like a imitation Teen Titans because the TT were just cancelled after the movie.
What's Next another Superman cartoon, they'll probably do a revamped JLA and call it the Super Friends with new faces other than Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc etc.
