Grundy has been smart on occasion.

For the majority of his existence, Grundy is just a very strong virtually mindless zombie.
So unless otherwise stipulated that it's one of his smarter incarnations, I'm gonna go with gold loving zombie.

So, what does it come down to? Who is stronger maybe? While there have been very strong versions of Grundy that have gone toe to toe with everybody from Green Lantern to Superman to the entire JLA, there have been versions of Grundy that have gotten their asses kicked by everybody from Batman to Green Arrow. For the most part, he's a mid level powerhouse.

What it ultimately comes down to is the fact that Bizarro can fly and Grundy can't. End of story. Fire Breath, freeze ray eyes. He's more likely to beat Grundy by accident than to beat him out right. Can Grundy say the same? Hell no! Change your obviously wrong votes already.

Impossible to say really, Grundy differs more than most any character in both power and intelligence. The change in power makes more of a difference than the change in intellect... let's be real here, no incarnation of Grundy is going to "outsmart" Bizarro per se, more likey Bizarro will out-play himself with his own stupidity and take himself out of the equation.

Some of his incarnations were pretty smart. One time he nearly tricked the JLA with a complicated and cunning plan.


But those regenerations are few and far between.

I'm gonna assume that this is a Superman class Grundy to be up against Bizarro and Supes usually has to out smart him or come up with a plan of some sort to beat him. He never really just beats him down. I don't see Bizarro doing that so despite the flight and other power advantages Bizarro will come straight at him and grundy will win.
