I always cringe when Darkseid is brought into one of these bouts, since it always boils down to "Mongul Darkseid has been Superman's punching bag for the last 15 years. I saw it in cartoons and Jeph Loeb comics, so it must be true. It's gotten so bad that Robin could kick the big *****'s ass these days." Still, it's a refreshingly pleasant surprise to see Darkseid getting as many votes as he has here, even though J'onn really shouldn't be much more than a minor inconvenience to him.

Gail Simone definitely seemed to have a favoritism thing for Catman, where he was inexplicably nigh-unstoppable, often taken to eye rollingly bats**t-ridiculous extremes (what I call "the Wolverine effect"). Now, without Simone in Catman's corner for this fight and just judging based on their skills and stuff, I'm giving it to Az.
