He doesn't really have one. He told Flash he just hangs out in the Watchtower watching movies.
He was really good, I was slightly distracted by Jason O'Mara as Bats though.
Really? I thought he improved slightly in Son of Batman.
It was a step up from JL:War for sure. Overall I enjoyed it for the most part. Pacing was fairly decent, though the 2nd half of the film seemed to move the story along really quickly which isn't surprising due to the length and it having to serve as a sequel and origin story. The two cameos that we got were nice.
I wish they would give WW a different costume though, this isn't bad, but I prefer her to have the one she has in the current JL comic. Makes her look less athlete and more warrior/hero. I don't mind the SM/WW relationship but boy am I ready to get her out of this fish out of water/strictly warrior mentality. Her and Mera basically seemed like the same person.
And WOW this was a bloody movie! I am surprised WB let them get away with it, especially after the WW movie had to cut out majority of the blood. I guess times have changed because everywhere you looked, someone was getting cut. Not that I minded but I was surprised.
The way they adapted this storyline left some questions that need to be answered though who knows if we will get them.
Is Manta suppose to be an Atalantian in this movie?, and if not, why is some random human so ingrained in their culture?
Is Mera suppose to be from that exiled tribe? How long she been around?
How did the army know who was attacking? And why did Orm go through the trouble of lifting the seas if he never brought them down?
I want them to give WW something more like her live-action costume. I DON'T like the glorified one-piece swimsuit that she wears in the comics.
And Flashpoint Paradox, Son of Batman, and Assault on Arkham were all pretty bloody/brutal. So I'm not really all that surprised that this one would be as well.
Does he appear as Steel or just John Henry irons?
Quick question:
Is Ocean Master strong enough to hold off the entire League like he does in this movie?
Up until then I thought the movie was alright, but seeing how easily he took them down had me going![]()
Does he appear as Steel or just John Henry irons?
The Trident was magically enchanted. That is why Ocean Maste was able to defeat Superman, Wonder Woman, and Captain Marvel. It was a very powerful weapon and it was mighty enough to raise the ocean and cause a tsunami.
The irony here though is that Ocean Master didn't really go all the way through with using a Tsunami/Tidal Wave to attack Metropolis. It was like the ultimate tease/letdown.lol
Solid movie compared to what we've gotten recently, I'd say this is the same level if not a little less than Assault on Arkham.
Good to see Bats not going toe to toe with anyone this time around where he would of gotten destroyed but instead used his wits etc.
Kind of looking forward to the next one.
Either way I hope they start getting better.
