Looks like Hasbro is looking to cash-in this year.

Other figures in the line will include the Laura Kinney version of Wolverine and Bishop.

this basicly proves nothing has changed. no film merchandize this is all marvel taking advantage of deadpool by putting out comic merchandize.

"Hasbro has announced that they will be doing a second wave of 6" Marvel Legends Deadpool themed figures this year. Only 3 figures have been revealed so far but they include Lady Deadpool, Omega Red and X-Men Deadpool. The remaining regular figures in the wave are rumored (not confirmed) to include some movie based ones and it is totally unknown what the Build-A-Figure will be. Hopefully we will see more on these next month at Toy Fair."
